At Marinakart, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Please review our delivery policy to understand how we ensure your orders reach you on time and in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Timeframe We offer fast and reliable delivery services to our customers in the UAE. Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days are considered Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the respective countries.

2. Delivery Areas Our delivery services cover all major cities and regions within the UAE. If your delivery location is in a remote or less accessible area, delivery times may vary slightly, and additional charges may apply. We will notify you of any such changes during the order confirmation process.

3. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight/size of the items in your order. For specific promotions or bulk orders, delivery charges may be waived or adjusted.

4. Order Processing Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) on working days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

6. Delivery Terms

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses, including contact details, to ensure timely delivery.

  • A signature or identification may be required upon receipt of the order.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will attempt to redeliver or contact you for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

7. Delayed Deliveries While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs clearance (for cross-border shipments), or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Exchange Policy.
