Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe:

    • Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery in the UAE.

  2. Condition:

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.
    • Items such as cosmetics, personal care products, undergarments, and perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Downloadable digital products.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Log in to your Marinakart account, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Fill out the return request form, including the reason for return.

  2. Approval and Instructions:

    • Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
    • For UAE customers, you may schedule a free pickup or drop off your return at our designated locations.
    • For KSA customers, returns can be shipped back using our partnered courier service at no extra cost.

  3. Refund Options:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and can be initiated via your Marinakart account.
